A Manchester based property developer needed a company name, logo and brochure to attract investment.

The company’s focus centred around a residential construction project in Greater Manchester, and so ‘resi-con’ made a neat solution.

The sweeping architectural curves of the logo encapsulate the suggestion of dwellings with a bold and proud ‘M’, reflecting the character of the project’s location.
